A market leading organisation are looking to add an Electronics Team Lead to their growing design team in Letchworth, Hertfordshire.

This company design and manufacture a range of detection based safety technologies that are sold all over the UK. These products are used within the consumer electronics industry and they are looking to add an Electronics Team Lead to their development department.

Key responsibilities of the Electronics Team Lead job:

• Produce and support electronic designs from concept through to production
• Create innovative solutions, researching design options when necessary and considering best practice
• Lead the planning of hardware design projects and oversee the work from the team   
• Act as a Design Authority for electronics.

Key skills / experience required for the Electronics Team Lead job:

• Extensive experience of electronic product design from initial concept through the full product life cycle
• Solid analogue and digital design experience with an understanding of embedded software
• Experience delivering high quality designs with a regulated environment
• Experience working in an agile environment would be beneficial
