Key responsibilities of the Electronics Engineering Manager job:

• Manage the day-to-day activities of the team of Hardware and PCB Engineers whilst managing a range of design projects
• Develop operational plans and budgets, ensuring the quality system is maintained and customers are satisfied
• Conduct performance reviews and set goals and objectives
• Manage customer expectations throughout the project management process,

Key skills / experience required for the Electronics Engineering Manager job:

• A Degree in Electronics or a related discipline is preferred
• Proven experience of the design and development of electronic products
• Experience managing electronic development projects from requirements capture through to production
• Previous team management experience
