Our client is a rapidly growing and highly respected UK company that design and secure the world's most technically advanced data and communications systems for governments and industry - utilising next generation AI, machine learning and advanced sensor technology.

The client has won a series of new projects within the UK MOD and government space and are actively recruiting.

As an Electronic Design Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing cutting-edge digital and analogue electronics for defence and electronic warfare applications. You will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects that make a significant impact on national security and electronic warfare technology.

+ Design, simulate, and implement digital and analogue electronic circuits and systems tailored for electronic warfare applications and defence-related projects.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications, with a strong emphasis on electronic warfare requirements

+ Conduct hands-on testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of digital and analogue designs, with a focus on optimizing electronic functionality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
    * 10+ years of experience in digital and analogue electronic design
    * Knowledge of analogue circuit design
    * Knowledge/use of digital design tools (e.g., PCB CAD Spice simulation, HyperLynx signal integrity, Altium).
    * Experience with hardware verification and debugging techniques.
    * Familiarity with defence industry standards, security protocols, and electronic warfare principles is a significant advantage.
