QC Inspector
Role
QC inspectors are responsible for inspecting Electronic parts and assemblies at all stages of the process

1. Incoming components
2. Blank and populated PCB's
3. Metalwork assemblies
4. Tool builds at different stages of manufacture

Require to maintain good records for audit traceability of any sub component within a tool assembly.
Qualifications
Must have good understanding of electronic assembly processes, and preferably have worked to inspect parts under a high MIL/IPC class 3 standard.
Skills
Must have a good attention to detail, and preferably have worked at some point in a high-quality manufacturing role.
Must be able to provide suitable feedback to Supplier (Workshop personnel or external supplier) to address issue and seek to reduce likelihood of re-occurrence through internal reporting or NCR systems.
Must have good inter-personable skills.
