Electronic Engineer

Job DescriptionElectronics EngineerWe are seeking a talented and motivated Electronics Engineer to join our team and play a key role in the development of cutting-edge multi-industry product solutions. This role is genuinely broad in scope and would greatly suit somebody who has a creative approach and diverse background in electronics. Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain firmware for Arduino and Marlin to control motion using stepper motors.Lead motion control projects involving integration of sensors, actuators, and communication protocols.Develop and integrate a battery power system with sensors and user interfaces.Work with high voltage circuits (80-160kV, low mA) with a focus on safety and compliance.Migrate existing PIC MCU assembly code to new processors, programming languages, or extend existing functionality.Program smart cameras using C language.Implement MODBUS serial ASCII protocol for device control.Utilise Creality K1 Max 3D printer for rapid prototyping and design iteration.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in electronics design and embedded systems development.Strong understanding of analog and digital electronics principles.Proficiency in C and assembly language programming.Experience with Arduino, Marlin, and/or similar microcontroller platforms (a plus).Experience with sensor integration, actuators, and communication protocols (I2C, SPI, etc.) highly desirable.Familiarity with high voltage safety practices essential.Experience with 3D printing for rapid prototyping a plus.What's on offer:Fantastic salary Strong benefits packagePrivately owned UK company
