Electrician Required - Procast Energy Services
Procast is seeking an experienced and qualified Electrician to join our expanding Energy Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to utilise your skills in the installation of renewable technologies and sustainable energy solutions.
The Role As an Electrician, you will be responsible for electrical wiring, testing and commissioning systems including Solar PV, Battery Storage, EV Chargers and Air Source Heat Pumps across a variety of projects. Key duties will include:
Installing and connecting electrical systems as per specifications and regulations
Testing and certifying installations to ensure full compliance and safety
Performing maintenance, fault diagnosis and repairs on electrical equipment
Adhering to all site rules, risk assessments, and safe working practices
Maintaining accurate records of work carried out and materials used
Liaising with other trades and providing technical guidance
Requirements Electrician qualified to 18th Edition wiring regulations
Valid, in-date Electrotechnical Certification Scheme (ECS) Grade Card
Proven experience in domestic, commercial and industrial installations
Previous work on social housing contracts, refurbs, new build advantageous
Full UK driving licence with ability to travel
Desirable Qualifications (training provided if required) Solar photovoltaic systems
Battery storage installations
Electric vehicle charger installations
Air source heat pump installations
