Our Norse Group TFM Division are a lead FM services provider across Norfolk, specialising in a range of Soft and Hard TFM services on behalf of Norfolk Community Health & Care NHS Trust. We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified Electrician to join the team based Norwich.
As Electrician, you will be required to carry out a variety of electrical installation and repairs to Norfolk Community Health & Care NHS Trust properties in Norwich. Completing reactive and inspection works, you will be working across a variety of commercial sites in this role so you must be able to adapt efficiently and effectively whilst working on electrical installations and specialist equipment. You will also be required to undertake additional maintenance duties so a knowledge of other trades would be desirable for this role.
Our Successful Candidate:
Familiar with BS7671 (18th edition) wiring regulation standards
City & Guilds 2931 Inspecting and Testing certification
Experience of Electrical works in a commercial environment
Previous general maintenance experience, knowledge of other trades would be advantageous
Knowledge of commercial power, lighting and switch gear including emergency light testing and repair
Our Offer:
Salary of £35,838.40 per annum
Overtime and call out rates
25 days annual leave + bank holidays
Van + Fuel card provided for work use only

Stat NEST Pension
