Job Title: Mobile Electrician



Location: London & M25



Salary: �43,000 per annum + van (personal use), expenses covered for parking, congestion, and fuel



Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM





Job Description:



We are recruiting for a skilled Mobile Electrician to join our client's team, primarily serving London and the M25 area. This role focuses on installing and maintaining electrical installations and equipment, with a strong emphasis on single and three-phase systems.





Responsibilities:



Install and maintain electrical installations and equipment, specializing in single and three-phase systems.



Repair malfunctioning components and equipment as needed.



Assemble new electrical components and equipment.



Interpret electrical wiring diagrams accurately.



Work independently and collaboratively within a team.



Responsible for up to 300 commercial buildings in the portfolio.



Strictly adhere to safety protocols.



Design and execute small-scale electrical installations.



Conduct thorough testing of newly installed electrical systems.



Address customer complaints and service requests promptly and professionally.



Provide clear communication of work completion timelines to clients.



Perform regular maintenance checks and inspections.



Populate and issue electrical certification as required.



Uphold a consistently high standard of workmanship.





Requirements:



Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred but not essential).



Minimum 2 years of experience in roles such as Electrical Technician or similar.



Completion of an electrical apprenticeship is mandatory.



NVQ Level 3 in the electrical industry.



Proficient understanding of electrical practices, equipment, and materials.



Familiarity with a range of hand and power tools.



Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.



Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.



Flexibility to work varied hours as needed.



Willingness to travel to different locations within the designated area.





Administration/Reports:



Complete electronic worksheets and reports promptly at the end of each workday.



Maintain open communication with the helpdesk and colleagues.



Provide daily updates on work status to the helpdesk.



Submit timesheets and expenses in accordance with company policies.





Finance:



Weekly completion of timesheets.



Submission of overtime via timesheets by the 10th of each month.



Expenses to be submitted no later than Tuesday midday weekly.





Communication:



Cultivate positive working relationships with colleagues and the helpdesk team.



Interact courteously and professionally with clients, addressing inquiries and concerns with exemplary customer service.
