Day to Day:

• Property maintenance


• Inspecting and testing�


• EICR's�

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

• Clean DBS


• Experience within a domestic EICR role


• Customer service skills


• 18th Edition�


• 2391 (Inspecting and testing)


• City and Guilds Level 2 & 3�
