Electrician

We are looking for an Electrician to work on a permanent contract in the North Birmingham area. The successful Electrician will mostly be expected to carry out repairs and maintenance in occupied properties.
The Electrician will receive:

• �35,000 annual salary
• Van and fuel card
• Optional call outs at 1 in 4 to 1 in 6
• Extra bonus available on jobs completed (�3K minimum)
• Tens of employee benefits

The Electrician successful will be expected to complete:

• Reactive repairs in tenanted properties
• Maintenance appointments on time and to a high standard
• Qualify any necessary remedial works that may need to be completed
• 8-4.30pm

We are really keen in speaking to any Electrician who has:

• 18th edition
• 2391 testing and inspection (or equivalent)
• JIB Gold Card
• Social Housing experience
