Electrician required to join a leading FM company covering planned and reactive maintenance contracts across the Yorkshire area. The successful Electrician will hold previous experience working within the facilities management or building services industry seeking a long-term permanent position.

Key responsibilities of the Electrician: 

• Perform scheduled and reactive maintenance on electrical systems in various commercial settings, including lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, and emergency lighting. 
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM’s) to keep assets onsite in good condition.
• Diagnose and resolve faults in electrical systems, ensuring adherence to the highest health and safety standards. 
• Collaborate closely with clients to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks. 

 Requirements of the Electrician:

• Prior experience in Facilities Management or Building Services. 
• City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations. 
• Additional Plumbing qualification is preferable but not essential.
• A full UK driving license.
