What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a passionate Technician brimming with enthusiasm and a can-do attitude to dive headfirst into all facets of our manufacturing workshop. This role serves as an ideal launchpad for anyone eager to progress a rewarding career in the manufacturing industry. What We Offer:

As the company expands, so too will your role, with the potential to transition from a Level 2 or 3 Technician to Level 4 and beyond. We offer a competitive starting salary ranging from £30,000 to £37,000, commensurate with experience, along with ample room for professional development.
Responsibilities:
Assembly and test of new equipment.
Debug/repair and service of customer owned equipment.
Ensure good product traceability through accurate record keeping and documenting non-standard processes.
Working in accordance with the companies QHSE policy.
Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organisation.
Wire routing within large assemblies
Ensure the highest standards of safety and quality are always upheld.
Take a key role in the day-to-day operations of a new manufacturing department.
Give support and guidance to junior technicians.
Qualifications & Skills:
Time served – SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in relevant discipline.
Ability to read Electronic/Electrical and Mechanical drawings.
Quality focused with a meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
High level of soldering skills/ J standard
Previous experience of Electrical product assembly and testing.
2 years minimum experience post apprenticeship/ further education.
Qualifications & Skills (Preferred but not required):
HNC/HND in relevant subject.
Strong fault finding and problem-solving skills.

Personal attributes:
Strong team player works well with colleagues but also has ability to work individually with no supervision.
Ability to prioritise own workload in order to help achieve manufacturing targets.
Strong communication skills.
