Electrical Technician

The opportunity for an Electrical Technician to join an Industry Specialist based in Aberdeen is now available. You will be working in a busy environment with a company who provide solutions for the Energy and Oil and Gas sectors. Unique in their ability to perform operations they seek an experienced Technician who has working knowledge of:

• Electronics and electrical circuitry.


• Electronic PCB & component assembly, tool builds, testing and QA.


• Sensor Testing.


• Soldering.


• Tool Documentation.

Essential Experience/ Qualifications

• Formal Electrical Engineering qualification (e.g. SVQ, HNC or Degree).


• Strong experience of Electronic PCB assembly.


• Good hand skills (soldering, crimping).


• Good computer skills.


• Good understanding of wiring diagrams with the ability to read electronic schematics.


• Strong attention to detail.

Desirable

• J-STD-001, 610 & 620 certified.

Salary:

• Circa �40K
