1st Step Solutions (M&E Recruitment Specialists) are looking for an Electrical Supervisor to work with our client in a full-time permanent position.

Main office is based in North Somerset - ideally someone local who is willing to travel across the UK
Salary (up to) £55k
Schedule: Day Shift (Mon-Fri) + Night Shift / Overtime available

Job Description:

This role is a tool-based supervisor and will be staying away from home working within a variety of projects including industrial, commercial (e.g. retail, schools, shop refits, colleges, health care centre) covering new full commercial installs, lighting upgrades, solar, EVC, compliance, ppm, etc.

• Managing projects throughout the duration (start to finish)
• Liaising with the client, site managers and contractors
• Manage & Motivate your team
• Making sure deadlines are met within budget
• Ensuring health & safety is kept in order on site.

Skills / Experience required:

• NVQ Level 3 (in electrical installations)
• AM2
• 18^th Edition
• ECS / JIB Card
• 2391 testing & inspection (beneficial not essential)
• SSSTS/SMSTS (beneficial not essential)
• Previous experience in supervisory role (beneficial not essential)
• Problem solving & Fault finding
