Workflow Recruitment are�recruiting for a�social housing Electrical Supervisor�to look after a team of Electricians who will carry out reactive and planned maintenance to occupied and unoccupied social housing properties in the East and North London area.

This is a Electrical Supervisor role, traveling to domestic housing association properties to carry out Testing & Inspection. You will also be overseeing a�team of Electricians, both PAYE and Contract.

Electrical Supervisor Essential Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (desirable)


• 18th edition (essential)


• Full UK Driving License


• Experience in a similar role


• 2391 or equivalent (essential)


• Good Communication skills


• Gold ECS/JIB (Desired)


• At least 3�years experience working for Social Housing Contractor or Local Authority on domestic electrical repairs contracts (desirable)
