Randstad are parnered with a T1 contractor looking for someone to join their dynamic team as an Electrical Supervisor for an exciting flagship sewage treatment works project! We're looking for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in water treatment, LV (low voltage), and AP (Appointed persons) roles.

As the Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of crucial electrical systems within the STW facility. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of these systems, contributing directly to the success of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate electrical installation and maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, acting as an Appointed Person when required.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any electrical issues promptly.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the electrical team, fostering a culture of excellence and safety.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments and project stakeholders to achieve project goals efficiently.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in electrical supervision, preferably within the water treatment or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of LV (low voltage) systems and AP (Appointed persons) responsibilities.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Relevant electrical qualifications and certifications.
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards.
