The opportunity



Due to recent growth, our client, a leading engineering and maintenance provider, is seeking an Electrical Supervisor, to help provide their support to customers across the chemical & petrochemical, nuclear, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals & biopharma, power & energy, utilities, renewables and food & beverage markets. As a client, they enhance the efficiency of assets, ensuring a high level of availability and reducing maintenance costs.



The role 



As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical projects and ensuring the successful completion of tasks. 



Uour duties and responsibilities will be




  • As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be leading a team of industrial electricians in various water projects.

  • Managing project timelines and ensuring adherence to schedules.

  • Supervising the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical system.

  • Reading and interpreting electrical schematics.

  • Providing guidance and support to team members.

  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.



You will have the following qualifications & experience




  • Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team.

  • Proficiency in project management to coordinate tasks efficiently.

  • Ability to supervise and guide team members effectively.

  • In-depth understanding of electrical systems and components

  • Proficiency in English for clear communication within the team and with stakeholders.
