Randstad are working with a Electrical & Renewable Energy Installation company, who specialise in the Domestic & Commercial sectors. Due to their successful award of recent contracts, they are looking to recruit a full time Electrical Supervisor/Manager. This role will involve assisting in the management of individual contracts, working alongside an already established team. The opportunity would suit an experienced individual with good electrical knowledge and strong management skills or perhaps, someone that is looking to move 'off the tools'.

The role:

  • Project planning and coordination
  • Resource allocation: allocate company resources effectively, including labour and equipment
  • Completing material orders and liaising with procurement team to create purchase orders
  • Client Relationship management: serve as a point of contact for the clients, addressing client concerns and queries
  • Working as part of a team
  • Ad hoc requirements to support / meet needs of business
  • Oversee subcontractors, ensuring company standards are adhered too

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Professional attitude and approach to work
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Previous experience installing Solar PV systems will be highly advantageous.
  • 18th Edition Qualified electrician
  • NVQ3 & AM2 or meet the requirements for NICEIC.
  • 2391 Testing & Inspection or equivalent (or be prepared to complete qualification)
  • Previous experience as NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor (Preferred)
  • Be motivated and keen for progression within a growing business.
  • Will require a DBS check.
  • Basic technical computer skills
