Electrical Supervisor - Data Centre - London

Salter Grange is recruiting an Electrical Supervisor to join a specialist Engineering Contractor on a high-profile, major Data Centre Development with an Electrical Package Value of over �100m in London.

Operating across the UK and Europe in the mission-critical sector and with turnover hitting �800m they are highly regarded and known for their strong Preconstruction Engineering, Project Management capabilities and smooth Project Delivery.
�
Ideally, the successful Electrical Supervisor will have experience in a similar role and supervised teams of minimum 30 electrical personnel and a proven track record in the Data Centre industry.

Electrical Supervisor Responsibilities:

• To review, audit and monitor the implementation of the Project Quality plan and procedures and Liaise with the Auditing team.
• To promote good quality through team training sessions and benchmark activities.
• Implement a structured approach towards systems handover / project completion
• Provide guidance on the implementation requirements.
• To coordinate with the client on all quality related issues to ensure a consistent approach to client relationships and to investigate customer queries and complaints.
• To review, audit and monitor the implementation of the Project Quality plan and procedures.
• To manage the clients attendance at the agreed inspection and/or witness points in accordance with the project contract and handover programme.
• To coordinate the handover of all Quality Records to the Client.

Electrical Supervisor Requirements:

• 3 plus years experience in a supervisory role or engineering.
• Ability to manage subcontractors
• Technical Understanding of Electrical systems
• Data Centre experience preferable
