The company: 

- Established Tier 2 M&E Contracator

- Working on a £30M project as Electrical AP/ Supervisor

           Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Supervise and ensure all electrical certifications are in order, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations and fostering a safe work environment.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage the performance of electrical operatives, ensuring their work meets quality standards and client requirements, while also overseeing compliance with all necessary regulations.

  
  


• 
  

  Review and authenticate all electrical documentation and reports to ensure accuracy and alignment with compliance standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure project operations run smoothly and are completed on time.

  
  


• 
  

  Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing electrical safety and compliance measures.

  
  


• 
  

  Offer training and assistance to team members regarding compliance standards and safe work practices.

  
  


• 
  

  Address any compliance issues or discrepancies promptly, taking necessary corrective actions as required.

  
  


• 18th Edition qualified electricians by trade with a relevant ticket as in AP in low voluntary switch gear.
  

   Qualifications:

  
  


• Demonstrated expertise in a compliance or electrical oversight capacity.


• LV qualified electrical engineer/manager specifically for AP responsibilities, capable of overseeing and managing the AP tasks on the project.


• Good awareness of electrical standards and regulations.


• Excellent leadership and team management skills.


• The capacity to operate autonomously and decide wisely.


• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
