Are you an experienced and dynamic Electrical Site Manager looking to advance your career with London's most reputable M&E Main Contractor? We are representing a leading company specializing in both residential and commercial projects valued between �500K and �5M. Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership:�Oversee the electrical components of residential and commercial projects, ensuring alignment with project plans, schedules, and budgetary allocations.


• Team Management:�Lead and manage a team of electricians, subcontractors, and other relevant personnel, fostering collaboration and efficient workflow.


• Quality Assurance:�Uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance with regulations for all electrical installations.


• Coordination and Planning:�Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to effectively coordinate electrical activities, resolving any issues that may arise.


• Budget and Resource Management:�Take charge of the electrical project budget, materials procurement, and resource allocation to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely project completion.


• Risk Management:�Identify potential risks related to electrical installations and implement strategies to mitigate and maintain project integrity.


• Reporting:�Regularly update senior management on project progress, challenges, and significant milestones.

Requirements:

• Education: A degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.


• Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in electrical construction, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.


• Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of electrical systems, codes, and regulations. Proficiency in overseeing complex electrical installations in residential and commercial projects.


• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team to achieve project objectives.


• Communication: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.


• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address unforeseen challenges and implement practical solutions.


• Organization: Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.


• Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office Suite and project management software.
