Electrical Site Manager - D&B Contracting

Site based electrical site manager for a �3m (M&E) healthcare new build in South Yorkshire. Project will run until Jan 2025 and then all future projects will be Yorkshire based.�

This�international mechanical & electrical engineering group can design, manufacture, install,�maintain�and service electrical solutions to customers across a broad range of industrial and commercial sectors.

The Role:

Initially you will be site based in South Yorkshire, responsible for managing the electrical�building services installation,�including lighting, power, emergency lighting for a �3m M&E healthcare�new build, due to be completed in January�#####.

Future projects will almost exclusively be in Yorkshire as the business has secured long term framework�agreements with various NHS Trusts.�

Typical projects will range from �500k to �3m (M&E value) and will include hospital refurbishments, plant rooms, CT suites,�ward extensions and LV/HV substations.���
You will be responsible for all electrical�elements on site, liaising with the project manager / contract manager and�the principal contractor.

You will manage the programme, procure materials as required, ensure safe systems of work, oversee both direct and specialist sub-contractors and help to ensure the project runs within time, cost and quality constraints.��

The Person:

Previous experience of managing commercial electrical installations at site level. Non-working experience and supervision of trades is essential.

It is essential that you have good IT literacy�and can use Microsoft software packages.

Salary:

c�50,000 for 37.5 hours a week.
