Electrical Shift Engineer - �48,000 - Victoria

I am currently looking to speak to Electrical Shift Engineers for a Large corporate building in�Victoria. The need is for a Electrical Shift Engineer to come and join a 3 person shift team, and continue to provide an efficient service of maintenance and building services.

As an Electrical Shift Engineer you will be required to work a Continental days and nights shift pattern, 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am.

Day to Day Duties

• PPM, HV, UPS and AHU Electrical maintenance


• Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner


• Be proactive to identify and report faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve


• Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported escalated as required.


• Maintain informal communications with client staff members related to service levels and issues


• Report service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the client


• Remain flexible with regards to site attendance and tasks undertaken within personal competency


• Be fully aware of relevant Health & Safety and general legislative matters

All plant will be monitored on a planned maintenance basis regularly as well as dealing�with all reactive repairs that arise on a daily basis. All applicants must come form a strong maintenance�background and have the ability to deal with a fast paced commercial environment.�

Skills Required:

The successful candidate must have;

• With at least 3 years experience in building services


• Core qualifications�are key in this role the minimum�requirement is City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 in Electrical Installation and 17th or 18th edition 2382


• Must be well presented with good interpersonal skills as this is a client facing role
