Electrical Shift Engineer

Electrical Shift Engineer:My Client is looking for an experienced Electrical Shift Engineer to work on a static site in the City of London.Key Responsibilities:Fault finding on Electrical equipmentWorking closely with other Electrical Engineers and Mechanical EngineersEnsuring that all plant, equipment, office and operational areas are kept in a clean, tidy and serviceable stateHelp to keep the breakout facilities clean and tidyIssue and ensure appropriate controls within the Permit to Work systems.Carry out PPMs on all M&E tasksCarry out tasks for all M&E remedial worksEnsure that engineering subcontractors are appropriately supervised, and comply with contractual commitments, and site operating processes.Provide concise reports to line management and Service Desk where necessaryWrite concise handover notes at the end of each shift, including incident reports where necessary.Ensure regular communication with service coordinators, supervisors, contract managers and where necessary client representatives at all times.Adhere to and comply with procedures, policies and standards at all times.Ensure all work undertaken is in accordance with risk assessments, and method statementsWhere necessary write dynamic risk assessmentsCompletion of company documentation in its entirety and in a timely mannerMaintain the professional representation of the company's technical and ethical standardsWork in a safe manner with due regard to the environment and the safety of othersComply with legislative requirementsOperates PDA in conjunction with latest training and instruction.
