Electrical Shift Engineer

Electrical Shift Engineer- �38,000

4 days on 4 days off- 2 DAYS 2 NIGHTS

We are currently seeking a skilled Electrical Shift Engineer to join our team in Birmingham. As an Electrical Shift Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring all electrical systems and equipment are maintained and repaired to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

- Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance on all electrical equipment across the site including 3 phase, emergency lighting, etc

- Undertake reactive electrical tasks to ensure minimal downtime of services

- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with health and safety regulations

- Other aspects of basic mechanical and building services may be required.

Requirements:

- A recognised electrical engineering qualification (C&G Parts 1 & 2, 18th edition etc)

- Proven work experience in a similar role- commercial enviroment essential

- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team

-Commutable distance from Smethwick, Birmingham

The role will require working 4 on 4 off 2 days then 2 nights, and may involve occasional overtime.
