Electrical Project Manager

Avolon M&E are working with an MEP contractor who are looking for reliable and experienced site based project managers to join their firm on a permanent basis.

Having recently secured two projects inbetween Slough and Richmond the ideal candidate will be based on the west side of the M25 and be happy to travel (never too far but not always on your doorstep)

These projects are valued up to �8mill, so experience with similar values would be ideal.

We are looking for PM's with experience in High End Luxury Residential, Commercial, Healthcare or Care Home's.

Requirements:

• Electrically Qualified


• +4 Years Project Management Experience


• Excellent commercial awareness and understanding of the need to adhere to programme, in order to maximise revenue


• Problem solver with a dynamic and proactive approach to finding effective solutions


• Proven and extensive people management experience


• Communicates clearly and concisely at all levels using various methods of communication


• Strong team player


• Safety and Quality Driven
