Position Overview: We are currently seeking a talented Electrical Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with extensive experience in managing electrical projects from inception to completion. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects throughout London, collaborating with a team of skilled professionals to deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities:

Project Management: Lead electrical projects from initiation to closeout, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.

Client Liaison: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns throughout the project lifecycle.

Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers, to achieve project objectives efficiently and effectively.
4.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges to ensure successful project delivery.
5.
Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop project budgets and monitor expenditures, implementing cost-saving measures where possible to maximize profitability.

Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating activities and resources to ensure timely project completion.
7.
Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, conducting quality inspections and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Health and Safety: Promote a culture of safety on-site, enforcing safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
9.
Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on project status, milestones, and key performance indicators.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
2. Proven experience in electrical project management, preferably within the construction industry.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
4. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to project management.
5. Sound knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and industry best practices.
6. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
7. PMP certification or similar credentials are desirable but not required.
