• Overseeing and managing the full electrical installation, managing of sub-contractors, holding weekly meetings with the contracts manager, progress reports and alike.


• The project is a 220 bed student accommodation, full new build, 12 month duration.


• Applicants must be a fully time served, SMSTS, First Aid and have experience with student accommodation & apartment projects.


• This project is due to start mid to late April, interview will be taking place in the next 2 weeks.


• Day rate of �300 - �350.
