We currently have a superb opportunity for an Engineering Project Manager (Electrical) to join the team at a global pharmaceutical company based at a facility in Northern Ireland.

The Electrical Engineering Project Manager with be responsible for planning, management, coordination and financial control of electrical projects in a highly regulated environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Work with project teams to establish electrical project requirements and milestones
• Co-ordinate resources, monitor risks and escalate any issues
• Ensure that LV/HV systems are delivered to the business in line with timescales and budget
• Lead development of cost effective electrical design solutions
• Organise testing, commissioning and validation of new facilities and equipment
• Evaluate technical proposals and prepare budget estimates
• Support tender process and supplier selection
• Set team targets and monitor performance via reviews, objectives and 1:1 sessions

Key requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of 10 years' experience of project delivery within a pharmaceutical or similar highly regulated environment - full life-cycle and budget responsibility
• Extensive experience of project delivery through a comprehensive project management process
• Project management certification
• Experience in a leadership role
• Knowledge of LV Systems, LV Distribution, UPS and LV supplies
• Recognised H&S certification (IOSH/NEBOSH)
• Strong analytical/problem solving skills
• Strong presentation skills
