** Electrical Project Engineer **Rate: £40.00 - £45.00p/h gross DOE3-6-month contract – outside IR35Northwest / Cheshire / MerseysidePLCs / Control Panels / LV Distribution / Food / ProcessOur client:Our client is a leading UK Engineering, projects, and installations company, managing large EPC projects for major blue chip FMCG manufacturers UK wide. They are recruiting for an experienced Electrical Project Engineer, for an initial 3–6-month contract, with the likelihood of extension.Due to an increase in projects, they are looking for an Electrical Project Engineer to join their team on a contract/interim basis to assist on a key project.For the position of Electrical Project Engineer, you will require to conduct the following daily duties:Development of project from initial design phase, through to commission and hand overAssessing all electrical and controls existing site systems and set-upSite surveying of conveyors and process machinery etcWorking and reviewing PLCs, control panels, LV power distribution in a food manufacturing facilityReviewing documentation and defining requirementsWork on multiple small projects at any one timeReport into Lead Project ManagerThe successful Electrical Project Engineer will need to have the following attributes:Apprentice trained ideally to NVQ L3/HNC Electrical EngineeringIn-depth Food Industry projects & site experienceA strong communicator, organised, flexible mindset, strive for excellenceCommutable to Cheshire / Merseyside areaWorking on site 5 days a week – part of the teamThe benefits of this position:Working with a highly reputable engineering projects organisation (EPCM)Further contract project scope within the businessOutside IR35 – Limited company suitableI am looking to speak to talented contract/interim Electrical Project Engineers who are looking for a rewarding and challenging technical position.
