Location: Chester (Up to an hour)
Salary: £34k - £37.5k Basic, up to £60k+ with Overtime, offshore allowance, and transfer allowance.
Overview:
Seeking a skilled Commissioning Engineer to ensure seamless integration and optimal functionality of offshore Davit Cranes through rigorous testing and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
Execute commissioning for new Davit crane installations.
Develop testing procedures for electrical and mechanical systems.
Document test results and system configurations.
Collaborate with engineering teams to address challenges.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
Troubleshoot issues and optimize crane performance.
Provide training to operational teams.
Requirements:
NVQ level 3 or equivalent in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
Experience in commissioning electrical and mechanical components.
Familiarity with control systems and sensors.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Commitment to safety standards.
Clean driving licence.
