Your role
You'll be working across a large healthcare estate in Blackburn. You will have responsibility for leading a team of dedicated maintenance engineers covering building services maintenance. You will ensure a compliant and effective service is delivered at all times.
This role is covering a large static estate in Blackburn - commutable from Blackburn, Preston & Burnley.
About you

• An Electrical engineering qualification - Level 3 equivalent or higher
• Previous experience of supervising multi skilled hard services engineers
• You'll also have experience of managing both planned and reactive maintenance schedules
• The successful applicant will be required to go through full DBS vetting due to the nature of the estate that you will be covering.
• Having experience of working within the healthcare industry is highly advantageous for this role.
