Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Facilities Management - Hard FM - Liverpool St, London
Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer looking for a new challenge? My client is a market leading facilities management organisation, who due to a promotion are seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join the onsite maintenance team based in a corporate office close to Liverpool Street, London.
Key Duties Include:
Working in a Team of 3 x Maintenance Engineers
Responding to any reactive and planned maintenance to plant throughout the building such as:
Completing log books
FCUs – (Replacing Motors, Valves, Controls)
AHUs, Pumps, Motors, Lighting & Emergency Lighting
Plumbing repairs
Electrical tasks (Ballasts, Batteries, Small Installs)
L8 Water Hygiene Tasks
Ensure strong communication with clients
Manage workload accordingly
Managing statutory compliances and logbooks onsite
Manage sub-contract labour
Carry out works in accordance with health and safety procedures
Salary & Package:
£42,000.00 Per Annum + Overtime
Monday to Friday 08:00 till 17:00
25 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays
