I am currently assisting an FM service provider with their search for a maintenance electrician to join their team. This is a great opportunity for an engineer who is skilled in carrying out reactive and planned electrical plant maintenance; somebody who is looking to learn and increase career progression prospects.
Mon to Fri (1pm to 10pm)
£42,000 basic + Overtime
Static Site - Stratford
Duties:
UPS
Fire Alarm Testing
Emergency Light Testing
Lighting
Small Electrical Works - light installation, new sockets, re-wiring
Motors
Power Distribution
PAT Testing
Sprinkler Testing
Control Panel Maintenance
Transformers
Circuit Breakers
Distribution Boards
Requirements:
C&G / NVQ Level 3 in Electrical installation (or overseas equivalent)
17th/18th Edition
Experience carrying out electrical maintenance in either a commercial office, critical site, hotel, or hospital
