Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Northampton

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

Contract Type: Permanent

Static role- No Call out

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join my clients team

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on a range of electrical systems and equipment within a static role. This is a permanent position.

Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment
  • Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs where necessary
  • Completing electrical installation work where required
  • Conducting regular inspections and tests to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Liaising with clients and colleagues to ensure that work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
  • Maintaining accurate records of work completed and parts used

Requirements:

  • Electrical maintenance experience in a commercial environment
  • Electrical qualifications (City & Guilds Level 3, NVQ or equivalent)
  • 18th Edition
  • Knowledge of electrical regulations and standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
