Established in the 70's the Company specialise in Commercial Fit Out/Electrical Contracting to the highest standards whether that be refurb of an existing premises or transforming a shell and core structure into a bespoke working environment by offering a complete turnkey solution, handling complex architectural, electrical, mechanical and data service infrastructure. 

Electrical Estimator Key Responsibilities:

• Review tender documents such as drawings, specifications and drawing to accurately assess the scope of works.


• Prepare detailed and comprehensive estimates for projects of varying sizes and complexities.


• Collaborate with the wider team in house and to make site visits where required to obtain accurate pricing and quotations.


• Analyse and evaluate subcontractor/supplier quotes, negotiate terms and ensure compliance with the project requirements.


• Collaborate closely with the project management team to develop budgets and schedules.


• Keep up to date with industry terms, regulations and material costs to ensure accurate pricing and competitive negotiations.

Electrical Estimator Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Estimator within the Refurbishment and or Electrical sector.


• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations and relevant regulations.


• Demonstrated ability to price tenders for work of varying value and complexities.


• Proficiency in estimating software and tools.


• Excellent analytical & mathematical skills with meticulous attention to detail.


• Strong communication and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.


• Relevant technical qualifications desirable.

Electrical Estimator Remuneration:

Base salary to £65k plus car allowance
