The Role: As an Electrical Estimator, you'll play a pivotal role in project lifecycle. Your primary responsibilities will include:




  1. Estimation Expertise: Utilize your expertise to accurately estimate the costs and resources required for electrical aspects of M&E projects.

  2. Bid Preparation: Prepare comprehensive and competitive bids, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project specifications.

  3. Collaborative Coordination: Collaborate closely with our project management and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of estimates into project plans.

  4. Value Engineering: Identify opportunities for value engineering to optimize project costs without compromising quality.



Requirements:




  • Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator within the construction or M&E industry.

  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components.

  • Proficiency in estimation software and tools.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
