Electrical Engineering Trainer Assessor

Salary Range: Up to �30,000.00 per annum

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

A renowned educational establishment is currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Full-Time Electrical Engineering Trainer Assessor. Access to state-of-the-art facilities, modern laboratories, and a supportive environment for both students and staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Visit and assess apprentices currently undertaking Electrical Engineering related studies/apprenticeships with some world renowned companies, combining both on-site and remote working.
  • Liasing with clients and internal colleagues to build relationships and ensure students are progressing along their chosen study subject.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to facilitate their academic development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the curriculum, incorporating the latest industry trends and advancements.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry practices, and educational methodologies relevant to Electrical & Electronic Engineering.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a HNC in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Prior experience within the industry and/or working with apprentices.
  • An assessor qualification is adventageous but not essential - The Client can support you through this.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
