Electrical Engineer
Our Space client in the Oxford area are looking for an Electrical Engineer to help contribute across the Design of their Spaceflight Hardware & Systems.
Job Responsibilities
PCB and circuit design
Development of electrical hardware and systems
Circuit card manufacturing and assemblies
Hardware testing and qualification
Implement EMI/EMC considerations
Radiation and environmental tolerancing
Implement upset and risk mitigation strategies
Work closely with RF/Hardware, software engineers for design and validation.
Technical writing and documentation of firmware products
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field
3+ years of experience in the aerospace industry
Exceptional problem-solving skills, demonstrating the ability to navigate multiple complex challenges in a dynamic startup environment
Candidates will need to be US citizens or current Green Card Holders.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Experience with high speed data links, Ethernet, PCI-E, etc.
Experience with networking protocol
Experience with signal transformation and processing
Experience developing fault tolerant systems
