We are working closely with a semiconductor manufacturer who develop power electronics products for customers around the world.
As they continue to grow, they are looking to add a talented Electrical Engineer to their Power Assemblies team in Lincoln. The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for creating the tools and providing support and guidance to the Design and Production teams.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Creating Electrical schematics inclusive of cable schedules, calculations, single-line diagrams, block diagrams
Creating BOM's / engineering documentation
Work with the power electronics team on the integration of electrical design
Create and compile operation and maintenance manuals
Creation of performing of RAMS / FMEAs / HAZIDs / HAZOPs / Final inspections / validation
Key Skills and Experiences Required:
HNC Electrical / Electronic qualification
10 years' experience as an Electrical Engineer
Knowledge of Power Electronics would be beneficial
Familiar with mechanical assembly of devices and copper busbar systems
Knowledge of panel assembly / fabrication techniques
Knowledge of design / manufacturing processes and control panels
Electrical standards and compliance knowledge
Clean UK driving license
