Electrical Design Engineer

Electrical Design Engineer - South Yorkshire - up to £55,000 + Benefits - Ref 1611
I am currently recruiting for an Electrical Design Engineer to work for a key client of mine based in South Yorkshire. Salary up to £55,000.
This globally renowned engineering firm operates at the forefront of its industry, boasting over 160 staff members who deliver innovative engineering solutions to clients both locally and internationally.
To support the continued growth of the business and to deal with the amount of work they have now and forecasted they have the need to appoint an Electrical Design Engineer on a permanent basis.
In this role as an Electrical Design Engineer, you will be working on the full lifecycle design for heavy engineering applications. You will be designing from initial enquiry to commissioning. Within this will be working on design specifications, technical specifications, producing electrical designs, you will do this all whilst working closely with multiple departments in the business. You may also be working on multiple projects at any one time, depending on the value. This can vary from £250,000 to anything above and beyond £7m.
Essential Requirements:
3 Years Experience as an Electrical Design Engineer or similar
EPLAN or AutoCAD Electrical Experience
Experience designing control panels/MCCs
