Electrical Design Engineer

One of the regions best known practices, and one with a unique reputation internationally, this exceptional consultancy is looking to develop their Newcastle team with the recruitment of two engineers, one mechanical at Engineer level and one electrical who is at Senior level.
Currently engaged with a range of clients from local universities and hospitals through to developers and end users who value quality of design and results over low fees.
For the Mechanical Design Engineer role we are looking for someone keen to engage with engineering on a hands on basis; this is not a "hands off" project management or design management post. Similarly, if you are just starting your building services career, you are unlikely to be sufficiently experienced for this role, but I have others that could well be of interest.
Chartership is not essential, but if you are not there, you should be on the path and have your route already plotted. What is essential is being able to demonstrate a track record in designing and delivering building services schemes in a range of sectors, a passion for things done right, not just quickly and you should have a view to the long term rather than the short.
