Electrical Compliance Manager

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Compliance Manager to join one of the leading FM companies within the UK.
The role is responsible for effectively leading and managing the technical teams to ensure maintenance service to the highest standard within the agreed service levels. This role will be responsible for overseeing the EQS's.
Key Accountabilities:
*Represent the company in a professional manner at all times and develop a good working relationship with the Site and Maintenance Technicians and the customer's employees.
*Ensure that all sites are covered for maintenance services, including Reactive and PPM.
*Create and Monitor technicians through discipline technical matrix.
*To be the first point of contact for Technicians for system related queries and escalations.
*To monitor weekly timesheet returns for your team.?
*To carry out management duties within the designated area.
*Complete specified reports and compliance documentation and take action on any issues raised
*Audit FM documentation and action on any non-compliance issues.
*Deal promptly with all Help Desk calls and ensure that the issues are resolved effectively, escalating where necessary to the appropriate management level.
*To monitor parts spends in the region and highlight areas of concern.
