EL/PL Fee Earner/Solicitor

JOB TITLE: EL/PL NQ Solicitor / Fee Earner
HOURS: Full Time, Hybrid
Location: Manchester
Salary: �30K - �40K DOE

YOUR DAY TO DAY:
Handling a Pre Litigated and Litigated Caseload of (Apply online only) EL/PL files.
Writing letters and negotiating settlement s
Drafting witness statements
Review medical reports
Issue court proceedings
Client communication
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Full working knowledge of CPR and JC guidelines
Experience running your own litigated caseload
Excellent written and communication skills
