The successful candidate will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in respect of all EHS key work streams.Job Description:As a full-time member of the plant Senior Leadership Team, you will be actively involved in the effective operation of the site.You'll be leading the establishment of core safety values and safety leadership principles across all levels of the organization and with external customers.Develop risk management processes to ensure compliance to relevant legislation, corporate standards, policies and targets.Build robust annual EHS business plans to improve implementation of EHS Technical Pathways in the Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS), including risk reduction.Continuously improve risk management performance.Nurture a proactive safety culture.Own relationships with regulatory enforcing authorities and insurance companies in all matters relating to EHS.Build capabilities across all site employees, ensuring they are proficient to handle all safety critical activities.Develop communication and information systems that facilitate the reporting of all EHS metrics and relevant score cards i.e. Accident Database and Kraft Heinz approved platforms i.e. Intelex, Digital Coach.Facilitate improvement plans for site sustainability and utility reduction.Drive compliance to the Kraft Heinz Corporate standards for facility security.Handle employer’s liability claims to reduce exposure to loss.Support site steering and improvement plan meetings.Benchmark the site's performance against other sites and industry, identifying areas for improvement and sharing best-in-class methodologies.Location(s)Telford Job DescriptionWhat we offer:Salary range £50,000 - £57,000 DOE27 days annual leave- plus Bank Holidays, with options to 'buy' additional annual leave.Tusker Salary Sacrifice Car Scheme - no deposit required.
