Rullion Are Looking To Recruit For The Following RoleEHS AdvisorLocation Bramford SuffolkOutside IR35£500-600 per DayFully Site based.ASAP StartDuration - 12 months - Possible to run untill 2027Full time Full site based. Monday to FridayWork on the project will now include.OnshoreEnabling and main civil works including construction of access roads and drainage, foundations, construction of buildings (steel erection and cladding), installation of building services, mechanical and electrical installation and commissioning.OffshorePreparation for offshore campaign including mechanical and electrical installation at a yard in Norway. Preparation for sail out of platform and participation in workshops to develop logistics strategy and arrangements, provision of vessels, installation of platform and jacket, emergency response arrangements, offshore campaign including snagging and commissioning.The role will expect the individual to be present on the onshore site for approximately 50% of the month. Expenses relating to the onshore activities in the UK will not be paid separately i.e., it is included in daily rate.As works commence in the yard in Norway (approx. 5 months' time), the EHS Manager will also be expected to visit the fabrication yard in Norway once a month or two months depending on activities. Expenses associated with these visits will be paid separately.Technical CompetenceDetailed knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental legislation pertaining to large construction projectsExperience in implementing EHS arrangements for Principal Contractor on CDM projects.Competence Requirements MandatoryDiploma or equivalent in Health & Safety Management.Diploma or equivalent in Environmental Management.CDM Awareness.BESC (onshore only) -National Grid Person (onshore only)- Desirable not essentialCCNSG Passport.- EssentialAccident investigation.Fire safety.BOSIET.
