The Senior Business Analyst (BA) will be
integral in
creating a Centre of Excellence
to
facilitate
the
gathering and understanding
of all
business needs
within
our organization
for
specific projects and operational improvement initiatives. The
Senior
BA will then work with the Change Lead
s
and the IT teams/business teams, to ensure that the requirements are accurately translated into system implementations.
What you'll do:
The BA will be tasked with analysing business processes within the company and recommending projects to improve the effectiveness of those processes
Producing business cases to underpin business projects
Advising Senior Management and
assist
in creating IT Solutions.
Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business analysts, task and
work flow
analysis.
Identifying
and managing risks,
issues
and adherence to programme governance.
Identifying
,
defining
and quantifying the benefit tracking plan to feed into the programme benefits.
Support the Change Management Plan for the business areas involved in delivery functions.
What you'll bring:
Experience working in a digital transformation or change programme beneficial.
Clinical/healthcare background is
advantageous
.
Strong analytical and product management skills, understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
Excellent organisational and people management skills.
Proactive individual who is solution and delivery focused with great attention to detail.
