Role Overview:
As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in connecting schools and educators to ensure a better education experience for pupils. Managing the end-to-end process as a 360 consultant, you will provide teachers and school support staff for short-term and long-term assignments, as well as permanent placements.
Responsibilities:
Develop business through effective sales, networking, and marketing strategies
Organise interviews and provide candidates with essential information
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
Source candidates using various job boards and social media platforms
Advertise vacancies to attract qualified candidates
Requirements:
We are seeking individuals with:
Background in sales and recruitment (transferable skills are highly valued)
Confidence in building long-standing relationships
The right mindset: honest, flexible, determined to succeed, and enjoy working towards structured goals and targets
Enthusiasm for recruitment, combined with excellent business development skills, passion, ambition, and a strong desire to succeed
