Role Overview:

As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in connecting schools and educators to ensure a better education experience for pupils. Managing the end-to-end process as a 360 consultant, you will provide teachers and school support staff for short-term and long-term assignments, as well as permanent placements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop business through effective sales, networking, and marketing strategies


• Organise interviews and provide candidates with essential information


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates


• Source candidates using various job boards and social media platforms


• Advertise vacancies to attract qualified / suitable candidates

Requirements:

We are seeking individuals with:

• Background in sales and recruitment (transferable skills are highly valued)


• Confidence in building long-standing relationships


• The right mindset: honest, flexible, determined to succeed, and enjoy working towards structured goals and targets


• Enthusiasm for recruitment, combined with excellent business development skills, passion, ambition, and a strong desire to succeed
