ITIA Overview
The International Tennis Integrity Agency (ITIA) is an independent body established in 2021 by International Governing Bodies of Tennis (ITF, ATP, WTA and Grand Slams) to promote, encourage, enhance and safeguard the integrity of professional tennis worldwide. The ITIA administers the Tennis Anti-Corruption and Tennis Anti-Doping Programmes and is supervised by a Board which consists of five Independent Directors and four Tennis Member nominated Directors, representing the funders. Purpose of the Role
The ITIA Education team are responsible for delivering a prevention strategy on behalf of the Governing Bodies of tennis. The Education Coordinator will be expected to contribute to the aims and objectives of our team and embrace the challenge of our wide educational remit across global professional tennis. Central to the success of this role is the development and delivery of educational sessions and resources to players, coaches, officials and the wider tennis community.
Responsibilities:
· Contribute to the ongoing development and delivery of education sessions, resources, modules and event-based activities.
· Coordinate and schedule the delivery of presentations to key player, coach, official and other stakeholder audiences on an international basis.
· Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all related records and registers associated with education delivery and contribute to the effective monitoring and evaluation of the education programme.
· Manage and administer effectively the Tennis Integrity Protection Program (TIPP). To include timely responses to player enquiries.
· Identify new or innovative approaches to deliver anti-doping or anti-corruption education, in line with contemporary research.
· Prepare reports, presentations and other documentation for internal and external audiences.

Identify and develop educational content for digital and social media channels in collaboration with the communications team.

You will have:

Practical experience delivering effective education programmes, ideally in a sport-related sector
·
Strong communication and presentation skills across a wide range of audiences
·
Experience building strong working relationships with external stakeholders
·
Excellent written and oral communication skills
·
Strong organisation skills and ability to prioritise own workload
·
Experience managing a project from onset to completion
·
Demonstrable understanding of professional sport
·
The ability to work individually using own initiative, or as part of a team
·
Demonstrable commitment to the role and showing a creative/innovative approach to tasks
·
Flexibility to work outside of office hours and work internationally where required
Desirable (but not essential):
·
Degree level, or equivalent, qualification in Sport/Education/Coaching or related experience
·
Knowledge of the sports integrity landscape with particular focus on anti-doping and or anti-corruption
·
Proficiency in two or more languages
·
Experience of using and developing online learning platforms
·
Experience working within an elite sport environment.
